Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding Photographer
Not far from Regent’s Park lies one of London’s most beautiful town halls, built in 1920 its impressive columns, lion statues and iconic steps are a sight to behold on Marylebone Road.
With 7 ceremony rooms, accommodating from a handful of guests all the way up to 100, the Old Marylebone Town Hall is a perfect registry venue for big celebrations and micro weddings alike.
The Westminster Room with its beautiful dark wood walls is the biggest of these rooms and offers a stylistic backdrop to your ceremony. (It does have quite a short aisle though!)
After your ceremony there’ll be time for a few quick photos inside, on the beautiful art-deco staircase before heading out onto the grand steps for your confetti moment.
There’ll be time for a few group photos, before you’ll need to move to the side of the steps (there are multiple ceremonies going on throughout the day and everyone deserves their iconic exit!) But this will be the perfect time for a couple of portraits amongst the huge columns and famous alcoves.
The benefit of The Old Marylebone Town Hall is its central location, both for ease of access before (the London Landmark Hotel is just across the street), but also for your guests to get to their next venue easily - whether thats via tube, on foot or by big red bus.
This also means there are plentiful beautiful London streets (and Regents Park) for you to have some portraits. There are even some quiet, cobbled mews just behind the town hall if you don’t fancy much of a walk - though if the weather is nice, I definitely recommend making the most of it (and taking the excuse to get a black cab onwards!)
